IT WORKS NICE, THE ONLY THING I THOUGHT IT WAS BRIGHT LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWS, YOU HAVE TO PUSH THE LIGHT BUTTON TO READ, KIND OF A PAIN

       Weatherguide 1525 great for office
    Comment:
I purchased this product to be able to monitor both the temperature in my home office and outdoors. It was easy to install the remote sensor outside my office window and the main unit is easy to view. You will need a small screwdriver like for eye-glasses to change out the batteries in the remote sensor.

       Poorly Made
    Comment:
I, too, had difficulty removing the screws from the remote unit's battery cover. One of them was stripped and wouldn't come out. Eventually just pried it off. Took some fiddling to get remote sensor and main unit to communicate. Contrast on LCD screen is poor, except from one specific viewing angle. Backlight is ok, but who wants to walk over to the thing and press it, just to see the temp? I bought this one to replace another Taylor indoor/outdoor wireless unit that lasted less then a year, so I guess I should have known better. Oh yeah, it doesn't come with batteries either (requires 4 AAA).

       Over before it started
    Comment:
I never got to find out how well this thing worked. The screws on the remote sensor battery compartment lid were so tiny and chinsy that I was unable to remove them to install batteries. Returned it.
