I use the thermastat for the bedroom to make sure the room isn't too cold at night. The temperature is pretty accurate but I can't seem to know how to make the backlight work. There isn't a button for the supposedly backlight to turn on. But other than that, it is an ok product to have if you will not need a light.

I Was told I would receive the item by the 14th of Oct. I ordered it on Oct, 4th it was not maild untill the 14th, I realy needed this item and should have gone out to buy one at a store. What a shame;I will never buy on amazon.com again.

I recently bought this to measure the difference in temperature in various outdoor locations, I started by putting 3 of them in the exact location so they would start with the same temp and humidity level. Unfortunately, they never reached a point where they had the same reading. It's good but not accurate.

Device reads temps ok, but buttons for backlight and changing all settings do not work at all. Since gives temp and I don't need the backlight I will keep it, but it should work as advertised.
