I was missing the hanger and handle set for my fryer as I found out right before Thanksgiving...Bummer!!!
That is until I found this product sold by Grady's!!! I ordered the set and was really surprised at how quickly it was shipped to my address!!! Grady's made my day with a quality fryer set!! I highly recommend it those of you other "fryer nuts" out there who may be missing some accessory parts, or just wish to upgrade to a great product!!

I've owned my fryer for 4 years and this product has performed it's function very well. I like to brine my turkeys and it fits inside the 5 gallon water coolers used by construction workers that are easily found at Lowe's or Home Depot. When I get ready to cook, I pull the bird out of the cooler, pour off the brine and then put the bird back in so it can drain and come up to room temperature without any worries of animals or bugs getting to the raw food. The coolers are easy to clean and sanitize for the next time.
Yes, I would like it to be a little more sturdy because it does bend. I fry 16 or more 11lb turkeys a year and I haven't had any major issues. Matter of fact I am ordering 3 more from Bayou Classics website, just to make the job of frying 4 turkeys at a time easier.
