These classic thermometers combine practical simplicity with timeless design. Solid brass and solid copper endure well outdoors because they are naturally resistant to corrosion. Left unattended, they will attain a rich, dark patina like that of a copper roof or outdoor lantern. We do not apply a protective coating to the surfaces of our outdoor products because there is no clear coating that lasts as long as the raw metal itself. This dial thermometer is finished in antiqued copper and uses a 4.25 inch diameter dial face with an outdoor swivel arm bracket for mounting at just the right angle.
